Nessim Mezrahi is CEO and Co-Founder of SAR. Nessim is focused on the growth of SAR by deploying innovative public company risk management data analytics solutions for insurance carriers, issuers, and their counsel. He is a mission-driven leader dedicated to implementing the court approved event study methodology in the insurance industry to effectively value securities class actions and assess the risk of securities and corporate governance litigation impacting U.S.-listed corporations.
Since 2007, Mr. Mezrahi has applied the event study methodology to estimate economic damages in securities class actions that allege violations of the federal securities laws under Section 11, Section 12(a)(2), and Section 15 of the Securities Act of 1933, and under Section 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Prior to co-founding SAR, Nessim served the nation's leading plaintiff securities class action litigators with analyses of price impact, market efficiency, and aggregate shareholder damages on several landmark securities class actions that stemmed from the Great Recession of 2008. Mezrahi has devised and submitted court-approved estimates of aggregate damages and plans of allocation in complex securities class action settlements in key circuits of the U.S. Federal Court System.

Previously, Mezrahi was an internal auditor for General Electric's Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) where he engaged in the design and tested the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting according to Sections 302, 401, and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. He worked in global assignments in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Spain. Prior to joining CAS, Nessim completed the two-year GE Financial Management Program (FMP) at GE Capital in Stamford, CT. Nessim attained his B.S., with a concentration in entrepreneurship and finance, from Babson College where he was a graduate of the Honors Program and was awarded Highest Academic Distinction.
Nessim lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife, two children and their Dachshund. He is from Bogotá, Colombia and a graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall. He is a dedicated athlete and is fluent in Spanish. Nessim is an active member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
VP of Software Engineering
Gadi manages the SCA Platform cloud-based technology, including all feature development efforts of the SCA Claims Tool and SCA Risk Tool. Gadi controls the company's AWS cloud relational database management infrastructure and oversees database enhancements, security protocols, and code base quality control. He spearheads client-specific feature implementation, and deployment according to our clients' technical requirements.
Gadi's primary focus is bridging the gap between highly-technical quantitative and statistical functions and agile cloud-based processes to attain reliable and sustainable data processing. He works in conjunction with the Data Science team to design, implement, and oversee all audit and testing protocols for on-going quality control.
Mr. Rozmaryn has over two decades of experience in systems administration, application development, and cloud architecture design. Gadi has applied his software engineering skills in start-ups and publicly traded corporations in a variety of industries including real estate, e-commerce, education and communications.
Gadi is a native of Silver Spring, MD where he lives with his wife and three children and enjoys coaching his children's sports team.
VP of Data Science
Stephen leads the Data Science by ensuring reliable execution of cloud-based quantitative and statistical functions to implement the event study methodology through tried and true coding languages. In conjunction with the Company's software engineers, he manages SAR's data analytics standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audit processes to deliver scalable, near-real time data to support clients in identifying, tracking, and cataloguing adverse corporate events that expose U.S.-listed corporations to securities litigation risk.
Stephen has over 15 years experience as an econometrician. He oversees the goodness-of-fit testing of the applied multivariate regression models and manages all raw financial and economic data inputs supplied by our Data Partners.
Prior to leading the Data Science team, Stephen supported nationally-recognized testifying experts with the quantification of economic damages in complex securities and antitrust class action cases. Sigrist has significant expertise in event study analysis and has performed numerous analyses of market efficiency for stocks, bonds, in addition to damage estimation analyses on call and put options. Previously, Stephen was a senior research associate at the Investment Company Institute (ICI) in Washington, D.C., where he researched, analyzed and published industry-wide statistics pertaining to mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
Stephen attained his B.A. in economics and math at Valparaiso University and his Master's in financial economics at Ohio University. Stephen completed the Data Science Certificate Program at the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. Mr. Sigrist is a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer, and has an advanced level of proficiency in econometric modeling using Stata, R, and Python coding languages.
Stephen lives in Bethesda, MD and practices kickboxing. Stephen is an active member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).

Brett co-founded Seale & Associates in 1999 and is a senior managing director with extensive cross-border international transaction experience. Prior to joining Seale & Associates, Brett worked with the president and co-founder of Seale & Associates, Jim Seale, for an investment bank in Washington, DC on a wide variety of M&A engagements. Previously, Brett was a Financial Analyst for the U.S. Surface Transportation Board and a consultant working with international development banks. Joel has been retained by counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice, the Canadian Department of Justice, the Commodity Futures Trading Commissions, and for Corporate and Individual Plaintiffs and Defendants. JP is an active investor in SAR. Previously, he worked as Head of Peak Events and XCM for Amazon in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and is based out of Dubai, UAE. Prior to his leadership role at Amazon, JP led OLX Group's on-line car sales platform in Asia, Middle-East, and Africa. JP was part of OLX investment and integration team for several successful platform acquisitions in the automotive sales platform space. Prior to joining the OLX team, JP served as General Manager of Uber in the UAE, and led the company's launch in UAE, which included local regulatory compliance and implementation of corporate best practices and supply chain management. Prior to serving in Corporate leadership roles at established global software companies, JP was a tech-focused Private Equity Senior Associate at TA Associates based in Boston, MA and London UK. JP began his career in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse (CSFB) Technology Group based in New York, NY.

Judith is a seasoned insurance and risk management expert who leads the Family Office & Trustee Liability Resource Group at Woodruff Sawyer. Judith educates trustees and other fiduciaries to reduce risk and implements insurance solutions to protect personal wealth and family legacies. Her clients range from individual and professional trustees, trust companies, law firms and CPAs as well as family offices and trust companies. Judith was a pioneer in the development of Directors and Officers executive liability insurance. She began her insurance career at CHUBB serving customers with specialty insurance products and industry-leading claims and risk engineering services. From CHUBB, Judith went to Chicago-based AON Corporation where she was a Founding Member of the Financial Services Group (FSG) and head of FSG's intellectual property division. After serving AON for over a decade, Judith became President and Co-Founder of ARIS Title Insurance Corporation, which underwrites title insurance for fine art and important collectibles. After a 15 year tenure as the chief executive at ARIS, Judith became the Chief Compliance Officer for Stategix Consulting, LLC, a highly-experienced professional services firm that provides strategic and tactical development, owner's representation and advisory services to clients that undertake design and construction projects in North America. Judith is a frequent speaker and has received national recognition in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and Wealth Management Magazine.
